For several of us, wine is both a vocation and
avocation. Use our knowledge, resources and palates to your advantage.
If you want to plan a wine tasting party, or a dinner with pairings,
we can give you whatever level of assistance you desire (including
co-hosting and moderating).
Need a few quick classes to get up to speed with your new significant
other? We can give you instant confidence to order at a restaurant,
speak with intelligence, open and pour properly, select glassware
and tools, swirl and sniff, taste, etc. We will tell you what's
important, and what's not - including a basic but critical component
that almost every wine book fails to mention.
If you have some wine experience, but want to break away from the
ten to twelve most popular wines, we can help. There is life, and
incredible value, beyond Chardonnay, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Shiraz,
Zin, etc. We can recommend some $10-12 bottles at the local supermarket
that drink like $40+. You have to know what to look for; but your
guests will think you went all out.
